Laura Rikman is an artist that lives and works in Madrid. Graduated in Arts between Madrid and London, she was always obsessed with the beauty and details of the paintings between the 17th and 19th centuries.
In 2019, she decided to turn her drawings into unique jewels based on Art History.

Specialized in burin engraving and inspired by the Cabinets of Curiosities and the fashion of the 18th century called “Lover’s Eyes” in England, many of her pieces are characterized by having miniature eyes drawn by hand.

Laura also makes paintings on vintage pieces, recycling the treasures she finds and adapting the same techniques and materials that were used in past times. Chokers, earrings, buttons and brooches: each piece is made with delicacy and requires great precision and concentration, being a slow, careful and personalized production.
